Shipping & Delivery

Thankyou for shopping with Browns. We trust you will enjoy your purchase.
Our charges are as follows –
Domestic Delivery ( Within New Zealand) Free of Charge
International Delivery ($45 Flat Rate)

  • Delivery will be made as soon as the order is processed and we aim to have all product delivered within New Zealand within 3 - 5 days.
  • For International Delivery please allow 10 – 15 working days.
  • Some of the items shown on the website may not be in stock and delivery will take longer. It is our aim though to have all goods in stock and have them shipped to you as soon as possible.
  • Once payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched we will contact you with a track and trace number and you will be able to track your delivery.
  • You will become the owner of the goods once the goods are delivered. Our insurance will cover goods until they are delivered. All goods will have to be signed for on delivery so please give a delivery address where someone will be present at to sign for the goods.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Browns, and that we are happy with the legitimacy of the transaction.

Returns & Replacements

Goods purchased at www.brownsonline.co.nz may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are not suitable and may be exchanged for another product/s and/or a credit note that can be spent in the store at any time. We do not offer a cash refund.

Privacy

Any information you may give us including your email address is used to fufil your information request. We may store information in a database for marketing purposes. We do not sell or provide the information collected to third parties. We may sometimes send a newsletter. If you prefer not to receive a newsletter or wish to be taken off our database please email us at shop@brownsonline.co.nz and ask to have your information removed.

Taxes

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST.

Disclaimer

The products displayed on this website are not shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to detail. Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Their may be differences in colour representation due to different monitors or photography techniques.

Purchases

The purchase transaction is made in New Zealand dollars and the price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or costs associated with delivery to international countries.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered
  • We do not deliver to your area
  • Goods are listed at an incorrect price due to an error
  • If we do cancel we will notify you by email and will credit you the full amount that was credited to our account
  • We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation
